Since the fall of the Wall in 1989, Berlin has reinvented itself as an innovative metropolis. The city’s massive regeneration projects will be of particular interest to Design & Technology students. Berlin also boasts a wealth of leading art galleries to whet the art students’ appetites and there are plenty of reminders of the Nazi era to enrich the history syllabus.
