	Budapest Discovery Tour 3 Nights . Please contact us for more details. DAY 1 (arrival day in Budapest) Arrive in Budapest by your preferred choice of transport (air or coach). Time allowing we’ve arranged a half-day sightseeing tour on the Buda side with an English-speaking guide. Dinner in the hotel. Day 2 After breakfast you’ll begin with a half-day sightseeing tour on Pest side, including a visit to the Hungarian Parliament (free for EU citizens, with guide). Your afternoon is free but we can arrange a visit to the Gellert Baths or any other thermal bath in Budapest (this is a popular programme among school groups). Dinner in the hotel. Day 3 Today we have two alternative proposals for you. Firstly, you can choose a full day excursion to the Danube Bend (especially from spring). This tour includes a visit to Esztergom (centre of the Hungarian Catholic Church - Esztergom Basilica), a stop in Visegrad to visit the former Royal Fortress and to have a breathtaking view of the Danube Bend and the last stop is in Szentendre, a very popular medieval town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants (This tour requires local guide). Alternatively you can do a half-day tour to Godollo (especially in winter period) to visit the Royal Palace of Francis Joseph and Queen Elisabeth Sissy. Students can visit the Palace, the garden, the baroque theatre and the pavilion with local guide. As a treat for the last evening we’ve arranged a folklore dinner with typical Hungarian food and music. Day 4 If travelling by coach you’ll depart for the UK after lunch to arrive the following day. Air tours will be dependent on the flight times.
